Negative: Parking in very tight busy underground car park behind the hotel as hotel parking full ( onsite parking was only reason we booked this hotel). Child bed was like a rock so we all had to squeeze into the double. Found a dirty sock under the bed.

Positive: What a great city! Loved our short stay here. I would visit again and stay in this hotel. Room was large and very comfy. Shower was great and breakfast was great.

Positive: Helpful staff, spacious room on fifth floor.
Negative: There is a restaurant and a bar, but opening hours are limited. Restaurant staff helpful, but food was awful. Room overlooking inner courtyard made room very dark and view was of a rectangle of identical rooms over a large air vent. Corridors were dark, windowless and hard to navigate. The one of the two routes lit by emergency exit lights on fifth floor did not lead to accessible exit stairs.

Positive: The restaurant was superb, lovely staff and fab food, plenty of it too. Dinner was a lovely experience and breakfast was great too. Nothing seemed too much effort for the lovely lady who looked after us.
Negative: Car parking, very, very narrow one way down a steep entrance which is also the exit so a car was coming out as we tried to get in. Very expensive and very difficult to find. The room was super hot and the air conditioning unit wasn't working and this was not on, not at that price. I chose this place because of the air con promised. It took ages to get fixed and then the temperature didn't go below 22.5 for hours, far too hot for me as I suffer from hot flashes.
Summary: Beautiful hotel - a right pain to find the parking and then to park, extremely narrow entrance/exit
